AIESEC - A closer view

Today AIESEC is the largest student run organization in the world. The organization is a platform for leadership training that gives students the opportunity to get substantial amount of experience in there field of study this will benefit them personally and professionally.

AIESEC offers over 9000 leadership positions world wide and throws more than 470 conferences yearly for AIESEC members. Curently AIESEC has over 45.000 members in over 1700 university?s in 107 country?s. Right from the beginning AIESEC has been offering job exchange for students and graduates, this gives them the opertunety to live in another country and to gather work experience at an international level.

The operation of AIESEC in Iceland is predominantly in the capital area, where various events are organized throughout the year, you can also apply for various leadership positions which include being on the boards at the University of Iceland and the University of Reykjavik the National Board of AIESEC and then there is the board that plans and operates the career day?s, that day alone has been bringing around 2000 students
